A payload level created in Hammer for Team Fortress 2. I spent about 6-7 weeks on it, including having a group of playtesters run through the map a few times.
Development
Research
II initially spent a few weeks looking around at other payload maps, trying to find exactly what parts of them worked and which sections I liked the most. During development, I drew inspiration from parts of different maps and implemented some of their concepts into my map
Creation
I drew a rough sketch of the level and created the first draft of it in Hammer. I then got a small group of friends to help playtest it and created a second iteration based on their feedback.
